The Georgia law firm Butler Tobin had a problem. Its client had been badly injured in an Uber accident. But, as is increasingly the new normal, it was impossible to track down Uber's email address on its website. Therefore, the letter of spoilage couldn't be sent. However, what Butler Tobin did accomplish was to pick up on Uber's twitter handle. It launched communications in that matter. And the rest probably will be a long saga of legal motions.
