It's not unusual to resent one's boss. But Roger Ailes' resentment of his - Rupert Murdoch - led him to dig up dirt on the boss' then wife - Wendi Deng Murdoch. The resulting piece was going to be published in the digital tabloid Gawker. But that never happened.
