The question on many minds is: Why did a seasoned businessperson like Donald Trump trust anyone to allegedly transact illegal business?    The answer to that question would be: Dumber than dumb move. And, that in itself could deter crime. Many activities which violate the law require buy-in from other players. One kind of those players - lawyer Michael Cohen - turned out to be a rat. Big Time.
