Your sales emails sound exactly like your competitors. I know because before working with a client, I always mystery shop their competition. The result: If I take out the name of the hotel, pharmaceutical or artificial intelligence company and swap it with its competitor, no one would know. Those mystery shops have taught me that passionate sales professionals so want to make – exceed – their numbers, that they stick to what used to work.
