Over-65 - 19.8% Work

In the New York Post , John Crudele speculates why 19.8% of those over-65 continue to work.    One reason he puts out there is that, because interest rates remain low, Baby Boomers aren't receiving enough from passive income to make ends meet.    Mmmm. That certainly factors in.    But, in coaching the over-50 about how to get, hold onto, and keep landing better work, I have found work provides lots more to them than a paycheck.
