  Well, I went into the segment with negative expectations. The segment was crying out for heavy heavy heavy editing. On the other hand, the segment on alcoholism resonated. Essentially, the Sinclair approach incorporates anti-addiction medication  (it prevents the euphoria), psychotherapy, sustained support, no requirement for never drinking again, and no recommendation to attend meetings at 12-step program Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).

  One of the reasons that did not happen was was what Booz and Company  consultant Matthew Egol calls "private-label media."    They were recommended by Jacob Cass who heads Just Creative Design.   According to Egol and his fellow consultants, marketers's spending on private-label media has been growing and is expected to continue to do so.  Iconic Lego could have gone the way of iconic Barbie.
