The speech went viral after it appeared on The Huffington Post , with tens of thousands of shares and hundreds of thousands of views, propelled in part by a tweet from singer Ricky Martin. The Listen To Your Mother tour (motto: "Giving motherhood a microphone") is an important platform for women speakers, with events in more than 30 U.S. cities this year.
