So, we Booker watchers expected an out-of-the-box high-drama presentation on the first day of the DNC.   For some reason, Booker veered into the kind of eloquence that was just fine in the days of John F. The majority of viewers assessed it as a rhetorical homerun.  Now, this disappointment with Booker. His tell-it-as-it-is political speeches helped catapult him into the U.S.
