  And there are the metrics which give the thumbs up or the thumbs down that blogger or reporter X or Y should stay.  NEW YORK TIME MAGAZINE's supposed expose on POLITICO didn't disclose much , at least not that we already know.    For instance, we know that all web media worth their salt, be it POLITICO or ABOVETHELAW [ATL], have to pick up on every development which may come to have significance.

Another useful read is MULTICHANNNEL MARKETING: METRICS AND METHODS FOR ON AND OFFLINE SUCCESS.  We sure had our fun.      Those of us who had digital down cold rode the range like the Marlboro Man/Woman.      Confident to the point of smug, we told wannabe digital immigrants what they had to do and how.    Talk about rapid.    All too quickly the marketing game returned to multichannel.
