Whether it’s a co-worker, colleague in another division or a vendor prospecting for your business, all of us make immediate judgment calls about people – about their credibility and the value of the emessage – by the tone of the email and the way it’s written.
And, really, is there anything more annoying than the colleague who bolds every message, responds in all caps, or emails back “no” to your request?)
You open an email and form an opinion of the writer. Bam!

It helps both of us focus on the crux of the message without deviating too far. I'm not suggesting to use it as a barrier to creativity. And in our kitchen reads a sign, "SIMPLIFY" (yes, in all caps). Guess what? For FREE, because I'm pumped your reading my blog, I'm going to give you the most powerful presentation editing tool you've ever come across... "Why?" That's it.

There he was, right of page 28 in the January edition of VANITY FAIR: A carefully posed Tiger Woods, with his baseball cap, with a TAGHeuer around his hand. 0160; Somehow, with #7 surfacing today, not too many of us are giving good odds to the Tiger's keeping the lion's share of his endorsements. 0160; The wife better grab a divorce settlement while there's something to grab.

Here's a lesson for us creatives: Choose the right subject to focus on and render it in the right tone. Given Moore's shrewdness he's savvy enough to remove the baseball cap before greeting the President of the United States.

After the last cap had been tossed in the air, hugs and kisses generously given and photos snapped from every angle, we all wandered down the hill, ending a day that filled our hearts with pride and good cheer. Somehow stories bring us together in a unique and reliable way. In good conversation as well as in public speaking, these simple elements cast the spell that It happened once again. I

It's primarily temperament -and that's largely habit-induced - which stands between us and making a good buck. 0160; Some of us have even been known to climb back in and not come out.
But few of us were born that way. 0160; That "writer's" temperament tends to be self-absorbed or reflecting back inside. 0160; In fact, we had to come outside of all that personal comfort zone stuff to be born.
