The first draft of the book is done , and to help get there I read over 50 books on public speaking. Many popular ones, old and new, as well as books by preachers, teachers, salesmen, infomercial stars, and professors. You can throw a dart at a stack of these books and get much the same advice.  What did I learn? 50% or more of the advice is the same .
I’ve only written three books, including this one, but it seems I have a process now that works for me. Every book far has been different and tricky for its own reasons. Leading up to the proposal and pitching the book to publishers, I’ve typically thought about the book and made notes on and off, for months, if not years, beforehand.

As I mentioned before, I'm in the beginning stages of writing and designing another book, this one called Presentation Zen Design. This book intends to do its small part to help fix this problem by focusing on concrete graphic design principles and techniques in the context of presentation design, though the concepts and knowledge can be applied to other areas of one's professional life. This book is a deeper exploration of the For many of us, there is a hole in our education when it comes to communicating visually, and knowledge of even the basics of graphic design is missing for most people.
I love the book “ Great Speeches for Better Speaking ” by Michael E. Eidenmuller has spent his life devoted to collecting and analyzing speeches and he comes across with a humble authority as he writes. It’s a smart book that’s written in a very accessible style and tone. The book comes with 2 CDs of Eidenmuller, Ph.D. He also happens the guy who has lovingly put together American Rhetoric http://www.americanrhetoric.com for us all to enjoy—I virtually live on that site.
