0160; Many interviews with vendors are staged to pick brains, with no real assignment to be offered. Unless we're being vetted for the White House, more than a phone and one or two in-person interviews usually indicate the organization is indecisive, might not really know what it wants, or playing a power game. The Interview is no longer about chemistry and double-checking expertise. 0160; Employers, prospects for our professional services, and current clients determining to give us more business currently have many other goals.
