If you do, you're just filling orders. If you're thinking "that's the what my customers expect and if I don't give it to them I have no chance of getting the business" then you've allowed them to put you in the position of filling orders.
If they don't hire me, I am still happy that I offered them a solution rather than filling an order. A prospect asks you for your resume plus your hourly rate. Or they request a client list and your product's price.

0160; The Diocese was turned down on its request to have a lower court order providing the media the right to the documents postponed until the U.S. 0160; In this situation, I am convinced that the media want the discovery documents in order to connect the dots about alleged neglience and an alleged cover-up by those in charge when the abuse took place. Today's decision in Connecticut Superior Court by Judge Barry Stevens could mean a major public relations hit to the Roman Catholic Church in America and perhaps the end of Edward Cardinal Egan's career.

Thankfully, Patrick Lennox Tierney (a recipient of the Order of the Rising Sun in 2007) has a few short essays elaborating on the concepts. Exposing ourselves to traditional Japanese aesthetic ideas — notions that may seem quite foreign to most of us — is a good exercise in lateral thinking, a term coined by Edward de Bono in 1967. "Lateral Lateral Thinking is for changing concepts and perception," says de Bono.
