I was sharing some of my notes from an NSA Convention.  Since I do have an MBA, I most likely learned the technique back in the stone age and had internalized the process, totally forgetting when and where I studied it.  Here’s the way the business analysis process of Gap Analysis works, in relation to improving your Public Speaking. I had dinner on with my good friend Peter Pizor .  We talked about Giovanni Livera’s concept of adding Audience Impact Moments.

Part of what prompted the creation of Speaking Pro Central was a presentation that I was doing to the Los Angeles chapter of the NSA.  I’m very much looking forward to continued conversation on this topic and plan to do a little bit of blogging here about things related to my personal Speaking and Workshop Services . Here is an interesting lesson from Darren LaCroix, the 2001 world champ of speaking. speech at NSA a few years ago, it was copied by somebody overseas just a couple of months later. As speakers, we can be inspired by others — but it’s important that we be original in our own messages, techniques, and stories.
