would love to see more tools available which work within the most common slideware – PowerPoint and Keynote. Crafting a set of tweets for the main points of your presentation and then tweeting them as you make those points in your live presentation is a great way to be part of the Twitter conversation. Both Keynote and PowerPoint have add-ins which allow you to automatically send a tweet when you click on a slide. What about Keynote users? It’s called Keynote Tweet and works in much the same way. And you can make it easy for your audience to retweet the main points of your presentation (make sure your tweet is easily retweetable by allowing space for “RT @yourusername” within the 140 characters). No one would have bet on this, but by all accounts, yesterday's SXSW keynote by Twitter CEO Ev Williams flopped. There is an astounding difference (not an exaggeration) between the tools, canvas placement, typographic control, and overall aesthetics in Keynote compared to PowerPoint.
