Add Value for Your Association Members and Gain Loyalty By Patricia Fripp, CSP, CPAE It is no secret Associations have to add value for their membership and increase their own revenue. Tell stories and give examples as you go through your program, the same way you would in person. For example, don’t say, “I’m going to talk to you about Webinars.” At the same time, attendance at conventions and meetings is down. Many, like the American Payroll Association, are adding Webinars to their educational offerings…with great success.
