It was a big thrill since I’d gotten much pleasure from the fun, love of learning, attitude that comes through in his books , his lectures , and now his TV Show Make: Television , based on the popular DIY magazine Make , where he is also a contributing editor.
WG : The personal and more intimate nature of a lecture distinguishes it from other forms of public entertainment, such as a play or a concert. I met William Gurstelle , author of Backyard Ballistics , at FOO Camp , an event run by O’Reilly Media . SB.

I was reminded of the power of endings when I went to another Red Rocks concert a few weeks back--this time it was David Gray (with Aimme Mann and Beth Orton). And not in the style of the middle of a David Gray concert where the prevalent emotion must surely be "will this ever end?" Media Training A-Z puts the potential nightmare of being interviewed for print media or TV into a clean, simple and conversational format. TV: I love crime shows. We saw Rufus Wainwright in concert in March, so I'm still playing a lot of his stuff in my car.
